Flat sales launched
Zanzara Residence has launched sales of 80 premium flats ranging from 2-room (2 rooms with kitchenette) layouts to luxury penthouses with panoramic views. Prices start above CZK 7 million and completion of the project is planned for the end of 2028.

designed the building so that it feels light and elegant while offering a generous interior and a private terrace for every flat. It is this very silhouette that is becoming increasingly prominent from the surrounding streets today.
Completion of the top floors in 2027
Work is progressing systematically and without delays. The top floors of the residence, which will house exclusive penthouses with panoramic views of Brno, are scheduled for completion in the 4th quarter of 2027. Until then, the building will gradually grow into its final form, bringing visible progress every month.
